Bespoke Jewellery Ordering Process

Bespoke Jewellery Ordering Process

Ordering and Deposits

When placing an order for bespoke jewellery, a deposit of 50% of the actual cost is required to secure your purchase. As the final cost of bespoke jewellery is determined after the design and material selection process, we will provide an invoice for the deposit within 7 working days of finalizing the cost. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the final purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the jewellery is shipped or collected. If the balance is not paid within 14 days of the invoice date, the order may be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.

Production Timescale

The production time for bespoke jewellery varies depending on the complexity and specifics of the piece, as well as the availability and rarity of the materials required. It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months to complete. We will provide an estimated completion date once the design and material selection process is finalized. Please note that this is an estimate and actual completion times may vary. We will keep you updated with weekly emails throughout the production process.

Design Finalization

Once the design has been agreed upon, it cannot be changed. This ensures that the production process can proceed smoothly and without delays.

Waiting Lists

Due to high demand, there may be a waiting list for bespoke jewellery orders. If this is the case, we will inform you at the time of your inquiry and provide an estimated start date for your order. Your position on the waiting list will be secured upon receipt of the deposit.
